Like I said, back alleys equal random crap. I’m always thought the shoes over the electricity lines was a sneaker-only sort of thing. Props to whoever did this for going against the crowd — sort of.
I’m not really sure why this building needs barbed wire around its roof. Pretty sure no-one has ever tried to get in that way.
